A VIP van accommodates up to 8 passengers, including luggage. This is the format that covers the vast majority of transfers for executives, speakers, and small delegations. For groups larger than 8 people, a minibus with 9 to 22 seats is available.
What is the difference between a VIP van and a taxi or a private hire vehicle?
A VIP van transports the entire group in a single vehicle, with a driver who remains at your disposal for the agreed duration. A private hire vehicle transports four people per car: for a group of eight, this means two vehicles, two routes, and two different arrival times. The van eliminates this dispersion.
Does the driver remain on site during the event?
Yes, if you opt for a chauffeur-driven vehicle. The driver and vehicle are reserved for you for the agreed time period, allowing you to change your itinerary during the day. The standard transfer option covers a one-way or round trip between two locations.
Can you rent a VIP van without a driver?
No. TDS Events is a passenger transport company: all our services include a professional driver. We do not offer self-drive vehicle rentals.
